Target shortlist, deliverables, exclusions, timing and service fee are set out before paid work.

Research comes first. Supplier outreach and disclosure require your approval.

Receive an English report, evidence status, unknowns and a recommended verification plan.
WHERE THE PILOT ENDS
The initial pilot ends with the shortlist, comparison brief and written review of the findings. Detailed RFQ work, sample coordination, on-site audits, product inspection or order follow-up require a separate scope or a qualified third party.
03 · BUYER PROTECTIONS
Trust starts with rules you can inspect.
The buyer should know how information is used, who commissions the work and when suppliers may be contacted.
Proposed engagement rule: confidentiality
The service terms will state that buyer identity and sensitive requirements are not disclosed to candidates without authorization.
Proposed buyer-commissioned pilot
The intended model is buyer-commissioned work, with no sale of shortlist placement to suppliers.
Proposed conflict-disclosure rule
The service terms will require disclosure of any commercial relationship between Baiqiao and a candidate supplier.
Buyer keeps control
You decide whether to sample, contract or pay, and supplier payments remain directly between buyer and supplier.

Research reduces uncertainty. It does not eliminate sourcing risk.
